Hey Matt. You probably don't remember me, but it's James Perry. I went to St. John's Prep while you went there. I believe I was a sophomore when you were a senior. Anyways, ever since you entered college, I've been following your career. You were amazing in high school and are still amazing in the minors. In fact, to boast your ego, I'm in a keeper fantasy baseball league and you're one of my prospects and always will be. I was amazed at your pure natural talent in practically every sport. Just want to comment here and hope you see that you have just another fan rooting for your success. Good luck with your move and I know you'll get signed again and play great.

hey matt one more quick thing....pine tar. I just wondered if you used it and what you recommend? I hate the easton stick. And love the tanners grip stick by rawlings, but do you know about any other good ones maybe easier to come by. I have to pay like 25 bucks including shipping for the tanners grip stick!

thanks for writing back! I usually go to the rec center and lift monday and wednsday, and play pickup basketball after and on tuesdays and thursdays walk to the batting cages near the school and hit with some friends. I am also in a sunday wood bat baseball league at b2b baseball, really cool place and that keeps me playing through winter.
ps if your ever want to come sit on my couches till you get your new furniture your welcome too!! haha

Wow, you're a big boy now...hell, you're beyond being a big boy, you are offically an ADULT. Congrats. It's not as fun as it sounds, is it? I had some of the same issues the 1st time I got a house. The whole lack of cable and furniture for awhile had me close to suicidal. Really, it was just the lack of cable (I can still sit on the floor and get back up without old bones creaking....)I found myself visiting people just to use their cable. They knew it too. Even when Irene,that bitch of a hurricane hit and knocked over my tree & fence I was like "eh, that's not too bad" but when I realized I wouldn't have cable for a week..I again was visiting people just to use theirs. I am looking for a new house so I can move after the holidays and I've learned my lesson this time around and I'll be sure to keep some of the lessons YOU learned in mind. Btw: If you ever stike oil, feel free to share the wealth so I retire young. I'll be your bestfriend.

Thanks! I don't think I will be playing at all this winter...and at 15 I just practiced a played a lot...I also played other sports...football and hockey so it wasn't just all baseball
